Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide customer support. The role involves effective communication, persuasion, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain products or services clearly to customers.
Generate leads and fix appointments for sales teams.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Maintain customer database and update call records.
Follow up with customers for sales or feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Handle objections and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Key Skills:
Good communication skills (Tamil/English preferred)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling skills
Patience and positive attitude
Ability to work under targets
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
Experience: 6 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS
Salary Range (Typical):
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depends on experience + incentives)
