Job Description :
A Telesales Executive initiates telephone calls to potential and existing customers to sell products, services, or generate leads. They work in fast-paced, target-driven environments, employing persuasive communication, active listening, and negotiation skills to meet sales quotas, build relationships, and maintain detailed CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling : Proactively contact potential customers to pitch products or services.
Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Customer Relationship Management : Identify customer needs, answer questions, and build rapport to encourage repeat business.
Lead Generation & Conversion : Convert leads into closed sales by handling objections and closing deals.
Data Maintenance : Accurately update the CRM database with customer information, interaction details, and sales transactions.
Script Adherence & Development : Use, refine, and adapt sales scripts to maximize effectiveness.
