Good speaking skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Clear and confident voice while talking to customers
Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate) or Graduate preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to use MS Excel / CRM / calling software
0–2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
Freshers can also apply if communication is good
Confident and polite while talking to customers
Make outbound calls to customers
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and customer details
Ability to work in office (not work from home)
Punctual and disciplined.
