Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives (Tele-callers) to join our personal loan sales team. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to generate leads, pitch personalized loan products, and close sales over the phone to meet ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

• Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options clearly and persuasively.

• Qualify leads, handle objections, and convert inquiries into loan applications.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Follow up on pending applications and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve conversion rates.
