Job Description:
AV Academy, Lucknow is a leading Animation, VFX, Graphic Designing, and Multimedia Training Institute. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can communicate effectively with students and parents and provide proper guidance about our courses.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls

• Explain Animation, VFX, and Graphic Design courses to students

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Invite interested students for counseling sessions and institute visits

• Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports

• Assist in the admission process

• Handle student and parent queries in a professional manner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English required)

• Confident and polite speaking ability

• Strong convincing and counseling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (calling software, WhatsApp, basic Excel)

• Experience in telecalling or education institutes preferred

• Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Interest in the education or animation field

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Both male and female candidates can apply

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
