📄 Job Description – Telesales Executive (Female)

🔹 About the Role
We are hiring a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive who will connect with authors, explain our publishing services, and convert leads into clients. The role requires strong communication skills, consistency in follow-ups, and a professional approach towards sales.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential authors

• Explain publishing packages and services clearly

• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication

• Convert interested leads into paid clients

• Guide authors through the onboarding process

• Maintain daily call reports and update lead status

• Coordinate with internal teams when required

🔹 Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Confident speaking and positive attitude

• Basic knowledge of sales (training will be provided)

• Ability to handle follow-ups and rejections

🔹 Eligibility

• Female candidates preferred

• Freshers and experienced both can apply

• Experience in telesales/telecalling is a plus
