ASCO Motors is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Calling Executive to manage Sales and Service customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for lead handling, follow-ups, feedback calls, and daily reporting to ensure high customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to Sales & Service customers for follow-ups.
Handle suspect leads and telephonic leads effectively.
Send walk-in reminders and WhatsApp welcome messages within defined TAT.
Conduct Service & Sales quality feedback calls.
Coordinate appointment confirmations and customer engagement.
Maintain daily reporting of:
Appointments
Turn-ups
Retails
Maintain proper customer data and update CRM regularly.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in tele-calling / automobile dealership will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
