Job Role: Telecaller (Network Marketing & Financial App Promotion)
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers over phone calls and explain the benefits of our financial services and partner applications. You will generate leads, answer customer queries, and guide interested candidates through the registration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote financial apps and company services.
- Explain app features, benefits, and earning opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English is a plus).
- Confident and polite speaking style.
- Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
- Ability to convince and guide customers.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
Work Type: Work From Home / Remote (if applicable)
Working Hours: Flexible (around 4 hours/day or as assigned)
Salary: Fixed salary + Performance-based Incentives.
