Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
Respond to incoming calls and queries regarding property listings and real estate services.
Explain product offerings, property details, and features to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Schedule site visits and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Generate qualified leads and forward them to the sales team.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
