Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company services and offerings clearly and professionally.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
Follow up with interested customers and candidates.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the relevant team members.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
