We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Krishna Nagar. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for helping individuals and businesses find suitable insurance plans that meet their needs.

••Key Responsibilities:••

- ••Identify Potential Clients:•• Actively seek and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and cold calls to build a robust client base.

- ••Assess Client Needs:•• Conduct consultations to understand clients' requirements and financial situations, allowing you to recommend appropriate insurance products.

- ••Explain Insurance Products:•• Clearly communicate the features and benefits of various insurance plans, ensuring clients understand their options and can make informed decisions.

- ••Prepare and Present Quotes:•• Generate accurate insurance quotes based on client assessments and present them effectively to aid in the decision-making process.

- ••Follow Up with Clients:•• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and support them throughout the insurance application process.

- ••Achieve Sales Targets:•• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets by actively promoting insurance products and closing sales.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the insurance industry are essential. Previous sales experience is an advantage but not necessary as we welcome candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience. A minimum education level of 12th pass is required.
