Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally to customers.
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups as required.
Handle customer queries politely and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records, feedback, and follow-up details.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.
Escalate complex customer issues to seniors or team leaders when required.
Follow company calling scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain professionalism, discipline, and positive communication at all times.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software).
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers.
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
Good listening and convincing skills.
10 am to 7 pm
6 days working (1 weekly off)
