Telecaller

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle client calls, explain visa services, and generate leads for our visa and immigration solutions. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain visa services (tourist, student, work, PR).

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about visa processes.

• Generate and maintain leads in the system.

• Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments.

• Maintain a record of calls and client details.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with visa consultants for client processing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field.

• Good communication skills in Gujarati, English, and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred (freshers can apply).

• Ability to convince and handle customers.
