We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telecaller to join our team at A G Enterprises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, promoting our glow sign board services, and maintaining accurate records using basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote A G Enterprises' glow sign board services and generate leads.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries, provide information about services, and resolve basic concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using Microsoft Excel.
Presentation Preparation: Assist in creating professional presentations for client proposals or internal use using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Documentation: Prepare and manage basic reports, correspondence, and documentation using Microsoft Word.
Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely client engagement.
Database Maintenance: Update and maintain client contact databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and client requirements.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data entry, presentation creation, and documentation.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
Customer Service Orientation: Polite, patient, and customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software or basic data entry tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet call targets.
Basic understanding of the signage or advertising industry.
