Position: Female Telecalling & Customer Service Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and provide information about company services.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Schedule service appointments and conduct follow-up calls.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, Email, and WhatsApp.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
