Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle student enquiries for Mechanical CAD/CAM training courses such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX, etc. The role involves calling students, explaining course details, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective students from provided leads

• Explain CAD/CAM mechanical courses, duration, fees, and benefits

• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses

• Follow up with interested students regularly

• Maintain call records and student data

• Coordinate with the training and counseling team

• Achieve monthly admission targets

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)

• Confident and persuasive speaking ability

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)

• Ability to handle student queries patiently

• Interest in education / training industry

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in education, training institute, or course sales is a plus

• Mechanical background knowledge is an advantage (not mandatory)

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
