We are looking for a polite and detail-oriented Telecaller – Survey & Feedback Executive to handle outbound calls for customer surveys and feedback collection. The role also involves accurate data entry and data management using Excel.
Make outbound calls to customers for survey and feedback collection
Ask questions clearly and record responses accurately
Maintain and update call data, feedback, and survey reports in Excel
Ensure proper data entry, data verification, and data management
Handle customer interactions professionally and politely
Share daily/weekly call and data reports with the team
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 0–1 years in telecalling or customer service
Education: Minimum 12th pass
Good communication in Hindi; basic English required
Clear and confident calling skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, simple reports)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
