Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and customers, offering medical advice on products and services.

• Provide accurate information on healthcare products, treatments, and guidelines.

• Address customer concerns related to medications, side effects, and proper usage.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information according to regulatory guidelines.

• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure they have the correct understanding of medical guidance.

• Document calls, customer interactions, and medical advice provided.

Skills & Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Empathy & Patience: Ability to listen actively and provide compassionate care over the phone.

• Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Qualification: 12th Pass or PUC

• Language proficiency: English, Marathi, Hindi, Marwari, Kashmiri, Odiya

• Experience: Experience in customer service or healthcare advisory roles is preferred but not mandatory.
