Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, complaints, and feedback
Provide accurate information about Provilac dairy products and services
Resolve customer queries efficiently and within defined timelines
Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation in CRM systems
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Meet defined KPIs such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in customer service / call center (inbound preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customer interactions
