Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. This role is ideal for freshers (PE). You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: 12th pass
Experience:
PE: Freshers welcome.
Language Proficiency:
English B1
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Willingness to work night shifts and from office (WFO).
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in BPO or customer service domain.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
