Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints
Provide accurate information related to services/products
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers when required
Meet daily call and performance targets
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Fresher (Training will be provided)
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
