Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify prospective candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks.

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Handle the entire process from posting jobs to extending offers

• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Meet with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

• Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and necessary paperwork to initiate onboarding.

• Database Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate, up-to-date candidate information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar Talent Acquisition role.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate outreach and screening.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with resume databases, ATS, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to network and build rapport with potential candidates.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
