Job Title: Tele Caller Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele caller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Explain products/services and persuade customers to purchase or take action
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain a database of customer information and call records
Follow up with customers regularly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills (verbal and listening)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Customer-focused attitude
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Experience:
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales
Working Conditions:
Office-based
Rotational shifts may be required

Salary Range:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month)
