Bhaskar Classes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Telecaller Cum Computer Operator for coaching institute in Dwarka.

Responsibilities

Calling prospective students and parents.
Following up on admission inquiries and leads.
Maintaining lead data in Excel and CRM.
Managing student records and admission entries.
Handling WhatsApp and email communication.
Preparing reports using MS Excel.
Assisting in office administration and front desk activities.
Coordinating with counselors and faculty members.

Required Skills

Excellent Hindi communication skills.
Basic English communication.
MS Excel, MS Word and Internet proficiency.
Data Entry and Record Management.
Lead Follow-up & Telecalling Experience.
Good Convincing and Counselling Skills.
Professional and Positive Attitude.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years experience in Telecalling, Education Counseling, Front Office or Computer Operator role.
Experience in Coaching Institute / Education Sector preferred.
Should be comfortable handling admission inquiries and follow-ups.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
