Looking for Debt Recovery Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers who have overdue loans, credit-card bills, EMIs, or other payments and encouraging them to clear their outstanding dues.
Contact customers by phone regarding overdue payments and outstanding debts.
Inform customers about their pending amount, due dates, and available payment options.
Follow up with customers who have promised to make payments.
Negotiate suitable repayment dates or payment arrangements within company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and payment commitments.
Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection and call targets.
Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the senior collection team.
Follow company policies, customer privacy requirements, and applicable collection guidelines.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English/Hindi and/or local languages.
Convincing and negotiation ability.
Patience and confidence while handling difficult customers.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.
Target-oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience: Freshers can be considered; experience in telecalling, customer service, banking, loan collections, or BPO is an advantage.
Typical Salary: Varies by company, experience, location, and incentives; many collection roles include performance-based incentives.
