Job Title: Telecaller – Banking Collections

>Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending banking/loan payments

• Follow up with customers and remind them about due amounts

• Update call details and collection status in the system

• Coordinate with the internal team for daily reports

• Handle customer queries professionally and politely

>Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender:Male and female candidates

• Education:12th pass and above

• Language Skills

• Basic English communication

• Must be confident in speaking regional languages (Kannada preferred)
