Job Summary

A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers or leads

• Explain products/services clearly to customers

• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets

• Handle customer inquiries and objections

• Maintain customer records and follow-up data

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

• Coordinate with the sales team when required

• Update CRM or sales reports regularly

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Confidence and positive attitude

• Ability to handle rejection professionally

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Fluency in Hindi and/or English

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer service is an advantage

Salary Range (India)

• Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000+ per month

• Incentives and bonuses may be additional

Work Environment

• Office-based or Work from Home (depending on company)

• Day shifts or rotational shifts

• Target-oriented role
