Job Summary

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling banking and financial products over the phone. The role involves generating leads, explaining product features, qualifying customer requirements, and converting prospects into customers while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers through outbound calls.

• Promote banking and financial products such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and other BFSI products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

• Follow up with customers to complete documentation and onboarding.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (12th pass may be considered for experienced candidates).

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or BFSI sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
