We are looking for energetic, results-driven, and confident Tele-Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our products, qualifying leads, and driving business growth through target-focused sales calls.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Perform cold calls and follow-up calls with prospective B2B/B2C buyers from provided lead lists.
Product Pitching: Effectively explain company products, value propositions, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
Lead Qualification & Conversion: Identify genuine buyers, handle client queries, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain systematic daily call logs, lead statuses, and conversion reports in Excel / CRM systems.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily calling quotas and hit monthly sales targets to maximize incentive earnings.
Relationship Building: Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture long-term client relationships.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Experience: 0 to 2 years in Tele-calling, Inside Sales, or BPO/Customer Support. (Energetic freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with basic to functional working-level communication skills.
Key Skills: High confidence on phone calls, active listening, objection handling and a goal-oriented mindset.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, smart devices, and daily reporting systems.
