Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating sales through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.

2. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

3. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

4. Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.

5. Follow up with customers to close sales.

6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

7. Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.

2. Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and/or English.

3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

4. Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Prior experience in tele sales or tele calling is preferred can also apply

Salary & Benefits :

💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month

1. 📅 Salary Date: 1st of every month

2. 🗓 Working Days: 6 days a week

3. 🏖 Weekly Off: (Saturday -Hub Day) & Sunday

4. Fixed salary + attractive incentives .
