📋 Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and prior experience in Insurance Tele-Sales/Tele-Calling.

💼 Roles & Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding Term Insurance and Health Insurance products.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

· Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, coverage, and policy terms clearly to customers.

· Generate interest and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

· Follow up with interested customers through calls and other approved communication channels.

· Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding insurance products.

· Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and sales.

· Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.

· Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, verification, and policy issuance.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance sales guidelines.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Requirements & Eligibility

· Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary or equivalent.

· Experience: Prior experience in Insurance Tele-Sales / Insurance Tele-Calling is mandatory.

· Experience in Term Insurance and/or Health Insurance sales will be preferred.

· Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

· Fluency in Hindi and English is required.

· Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.

· Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.

· Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
