We're hiring Tele Collections Executives to join our growing collections team. If you have strong communication skills and are comfortable working in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Eligibility
• Intermediate with relevant experience / Any Graduate
• Freshers with relevant skills and experienced candidates can apply
• Age: Up to 30 years
• Good communication and negotiation skills
Work Schedule
• 6 Days Working
• 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Shift Timing
• Day Shift
Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound calls for overdue payment collections
• Negotiate repayment plans with customers
• Follow up on pending payments
• Maintain accurate call records and update collection status
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
