Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Telecollection Executive to manage outbound calls and ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally while maintaining collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups
Ensure timely collection of dues as per assigned targets
Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Follow compliance and company policies during collections
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecollection / collections/recovery
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
