Job Description – Tele Collection Executive

Position: Tele Collection Executive
Location: Porur, Chennai
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
Job Summary
SMFG India Credit Company is looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Tele Collection Executive. The role involves contacting customers regarding pending payments, following up on payment commitments, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
Follow up with customers and encourage timely repayment.
Explain payment details and repayment options clearly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Handle customer queries related to payments and collections.
Achieve assigned collection and follow-up targets.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telecalling, collections, customer service, or a related field.
Language: Proficiency in any one of the following languages is required:
Kannada, Telugu
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
