We are looking for a loan Collection Tele Caller to join our team VAS INDIA. This role involves Contact customer with overdue loans .Conveyance customer to pay EMI and Full Settlement Of Loan Payment. The role offers In Hand Salary and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact Customer With Overdue Loans To Negotiate Repayment.
Understand Customer Financial Situations And Propose Repayment Plans.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Follow Company Policies and Regulatory Guidelines.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 0 Year to 1Years Experience .You Have Must Communication And Nefotiation Skills . Candidates must be open to a Working Days week during the Day shift.
