TELECALLER – EVENT MANAGEMENT (FEMALE PREFERRED)

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 year to 3 Years

Salary: 20k – 30k

Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling & Follow-ups

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries from potential clients

• Respond to leads received through website, social media, and marketing campaigns

• Understand client requirements and provide basic information about services

• Share details with the sales team for quotation and further discussion

• Follow up with clients to ensure closure

• Coordination & Support

• Schedule meetings

• Coordinate internally to ensure timely response to clients

• Maintain professional communication with clients at all times

• Data Management

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups

• Update Excel / Air table with client details and call status

• Prepare daily and weekly call reports

• Conversion Support

• Assist sales team in tracking potential clients

• Ensure proper follow-up until booking confirmation or closure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years' experience in Tele calling / Customer Support / Telesales

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi will be an added advantage)

• Polite, confident, and professional

• Strong follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to handle multiple client conversations efficiently

• Organized and detail-oriented
