We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication efficiently. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and coordinating through calls and emails to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and resolve complaints in a professional manner
Make outbound calls for order confirmation and customer verification
Respond to customer emails, especially related to warranty claims
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints
Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers
Perform additional calling and email-related tasks as required
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic knowledge of email handling and computer operations
Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally
Prior experience in customer support is a plus (not mandatory)
