Job Title: Telecaller – Customer Review & Feedback

We are looking for a polite and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with our existing customers and collect their feedback or reviews about their shopping experience. The role involves making outbound calls, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Call existing customers to take feedback on their shopping experience.
Record customer responses accurately in the system or feedback sheet.
Resolve minor customer concerns or forward major issues to the supervisor.
Maintain call logs, daily reports, and update customer databases.
Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Support marketing or customer service teams with feedback insights.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Pleasant voice tone, confident, and polite phone manners.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel or CRM entry).
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
