We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and effective support through various channels including email, chat, phone, and social media. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Provide product/service information, troubleshoot problems, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Document interactions, feedback, and common issues using the company’s support tools or CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., technical support, billing, sales) to resolve complex customer issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, policies, and procedures.
Identify and suggest improvements to the customer support process.
Meet performance goals such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Empathetic, patient, and able to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism.
Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), or support tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
