Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Jammu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, and promoting products/services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Generate leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into customers
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when required
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (local language proficiency is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Good listening skills and customer-focused approach
