Position: Debt Collection & Recovery Telecaller

Company: Sanidhya Enterprises, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (plus incentives on recovery targets)

Shift: Day shift, 6-day week

Experience: 0-1 years (freshers with enthusiasm welcome)

Qualification: Minimum 10th pass.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Make outbound calls to debtors for overdue loan/credit card payments and negotiate repayment plans.

2. Address queries, resolve disputes, and follow up on commitments while logging all interactions accurately.

3. Escalate complex cases, meet daily/weekly recovery targets, and ensure RBI compliance.

4. Maintain professional empathy in high-pressure calls to minimize bad debts.

5. RequirementsExcellent Hindi/English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

6. Resilience, active listening, and basic CRM/Excel proficiency for record-keeping.

7. Knowledge of debt collection guidelines a plus; DRA certification preferred but not required.

Local from Ulhasnagar area, ready for 6-day day shifts.
