Job Role

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Tele caller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain our services, understand their requirements, and generate qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Introduce and explain the company's Digital Marketing services.

• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

• Handle basic customer questions and objections professionally.

• Follow the provided calling script.

• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and appointments.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling & appointment-generation targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi.

• Confident and polite communication style.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection required for Work From Home.
