Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Verification Executive to handle document verification processes through the DigiLocker platform. The candidate will be responsible for verifying customer documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
Verify customer documents through DigiLocker portal
Check authenticity and accuracy of uploaded documents
Maintain verification records and update internal systems
Coordinate with customers for missing or incorrect documents
Ensure timely completion of verification process
Follow company compliance and data confidentiality guidelines
Prepare daily verification reports and status updates
Handle backend operational support activities
Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
Basic knowledge of DigiLocker and document verification process
Good computer and MS Excel knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
