Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves calling prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students toward the right career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries generated through various platforms

• Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities to students

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain proper records

• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication

• Handle student queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM or lead sheets

• Coordinate with the counseling and marketing team

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Prior experience in telecalling / sales is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
