Telecaller — Basic Qualification:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
  
  Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi, English, and/or local language.
  
  

  Communication: Good verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking skills.
  Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and data entry.
  
  

  Other Skills: Confidence, patience, and the ability to handle rejection.
  
  

• Job Description:

The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information, resolve queries, and promote the company's services or products. They should maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Nature of Work:

1. Outbound Calls:
   
   

   • Calling potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
     
     

   • Explaining features, prices, and answering questions.
     
     

   • Persuading customers to buy or take services.
     
     

2. Inbound Calls:
   
   

   • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
     
     

   • Addressing complaints and providing solutions.
     
     

3. Data Management:
   
   

   • Maintaining records of calls, customer information, and feedback.
     
     

   • Updating databases and ensuring data accuracy.
     
     

4. Target Achievement:
   
   

   • Meeting daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
     
     

   • Following scripts and maintaining call quality standards.

5. Follow-up:
   
   

   • Regular follow-up with potential customers to close sales.
     
     

   • Sending emails or messages if required.
     
     

Additional Responsibilities:

• Reporting daily activities to the supervisor.
  
  

• Working in coordination with the sales or marketing team.
  
  

• Participating in team meetings for performance improvement.
