Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead qualification, product pitch, objection handling to deal closure.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and maintain consistent pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Update and manage data accurately in CRM tools and internal databases.
Coordinate with field teams for demos, installations, and post-sales service.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
