Job Description

NextGen Manpower Solutions is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives for the ReviewXpress project.

ReviewXpress is a QR-code-based solution that helps businesses provide customers with direct access to their Google Review page, making it easier for customers to share their feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential business customers and introduce ReviewXpress.

• Generate leads and approach restaurants, cafés, hotels, salons, clinics, gyms, retail stores and other businesses.

• Explain product features, benefits and pricing to prospective customers.

• Conduct sales conversations, handle customer objections and follow up with interested leads.

• Convert prospects into successful sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up updates and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the team for product demonstrations, customer requirements and onboarding.

• Follow approved pricing, sales guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling or customer handling is preferred.

• Ability to follow up with leads and close sales.

• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work with sales targets.

• Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹12,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

• Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives for successful sales.
