Job Description: Digital Loan Telecaller
Location: Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome)
Salary: 12K to 15K
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and persuasive telecallers to promote our digital loan products to customers over the phone. You will reach out to leads, explain loan offers, guide customers through the online application process, and help them complete their loan journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to promote personal loans, instant loans, business loans, or other digital credit products.
• Explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, EMI options, and eligibility criteria clearly.
• Guide customers step by step through the app or website application, including KYC and document upload.
• Follow up with customers who have started but not completed their applications.
• Handle customer queries and objections politely and professionally.
• Update call details and lead status in the CRM accurately.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and disbursals.
• Follow RBI fair practices guidelines and company compliance policies, including no mis-selling.
