Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups related to loans. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining loan details, and assisting them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers loans.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria and required documents.
Follow up with leads and maintain records of calls and responses.
Coordinate with the processing team for application updates.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and Gujarati preferred).
Basic understanding of loans and finance terms is an advantage.
Comfortable with outbound calling work.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or finance will be preferred.
