Make outbound calls to potential customers
Provide information about solar panel systems and their benefits
Answer customer queries in a clear and polite manner
Collect basic customer details and requirements
Schedule follow-up calls or appointments when required
Maintain call records and customer information
Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups
Good communication skills
Positive and professional phone etiquette
Basic understanding of customer service or sales
Willingness to learn about solar energy products
Basic computer knowledge
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of renewable energy or solar products is an advantage
